Terms and Conditions for TARS Technologies Learning Management System (LMS)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Interncorp operated by TARS Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our Interncorp, you (“you,” “user,” or “student”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Interncorp.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Interncorp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time. Please review these Terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.

2. Eligibility

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The content on the Interncorp, including but not limited to courses, tutorials, videos, quizzes, assessments, and projects, is protected by intellectual property laws. All content is owned by TARS Technologies or its content providers, unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Interncorp content without prior permission.
  • Use the Interncorp content for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. User-Generated Content

You may be able to submit content to the Interncorp, such as forum posts, comments, or projects. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it to the Interncorp, you grant TARS Technologies a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your content for purposes related to the operation of the Interncorp.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others and that it complies with these Terms.

8. Certificates and Achievements

Upon completing courses or projects, you may receive a certificate or other recognition of achievement. However, such certificates are issued at TARS Technologies’ discretion and do not constitute official accreditation unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any certifications or achievements if necessary.

9. Affiliate Program

Our Interncorp may offer an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by referring others to the platform. If you participate in the affiliate program, you agree to the following:

  • You will not engage in deceptive marketing or spam to promote the Interncorp.
  • You will not create misleading claims about the platform’s services or benefits.
  • The commission structure, terms, and payments will be outlined in the affiliate program agreement.

12. Disclaimers

The Intercorp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality or availability of the platform, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Interncorp will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TARS Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Interncorp, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Termination

TARS Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Interncorp at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior. You may also cancel your subscription and stop using the Interncorp at any time.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TARS Technologies, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Interncorp, your violation of these Terms, or any infringement of intellectual property rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws , without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts .

17. Changes to Terms

TARS Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the Interncorp after any changes, you accept the modified Terms.
